In addition to the yearly Jam de la Crème festival, Jam de la Crème also does jam sessions throughout the rest of the year in collaboration with other festivals, locations and organizations. On 15 October, a special edition of the Jam de la Crème will take place at the Shoot Me Film & Music Festival. At this jam, we will zoom in and out on various musical genres, represented by both Dutch and African artists. The session leader will be the energetic and versatile bass player Lucas Dols (from Tin Men And The Telephone and Schradinova). The session will be rounded out by Omar Ka (vocals), Satin Kalpoe (drums), Neco Novela (vocals), Bart Kerckhoff (bass) and the African artists Yancuba Konteh (Korah - Gambia), Mambala (vocals and guitar - Senegal).
