From Hagenaars for Hagenezen, from Hagenezen for Hagenaars
The Hague has increasingly become a popular place to shoot films, and the city also harbors plenty of talented filmmakers. In the past, the Shoot Me Film Festival has screened a selection of work from filmmakers from The Hague. In order to stimulate this local and promising talent, we have decided to put them into the limelight by organizing the Haagse Film Competitie (DHFC). And because we have always wanted to become a part of the illustrious company of film festivals that have awards named after animals, we will be awarding the already highly prestigious 'Gouwuh Règâh'.
Submit your production, documentary, fiction or animation before the 15th of August, and maybe you will be the one to win this highly sought-after award!
Shoot Me Film Festival will nominate the best films; the nominees will be announced during the first week of September 2011. At the special 'Night of the Gouwuh Règâh' we will screen the nominated films. A jury from The Hague will decide who will win the 'Gouwuh Règâh 2011'.
COMPETITION IS CLOSED!
